Who Needs a CVRT Test Carried Out?

Essentially, anyone with a goods vehicle with a commercial vehicle with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) over 3,500 kg, a goods trailer over 3,500 kg GVW or any of the vehicles mentioned above will require an annual CVRT test.
