HCV TEST
This test is for commercial vehicles < 3,500 kg GVW. and goods trailers over 3,500 kg GVW, also buses with more than eight passenger seats & ambulances.
LCV TEST
This test is for a light commercial vehicle with a design gross vehicle weight > 3,500 kg, including light vans and commercial jeeps.
ADR TEST
This test is for a vehicle which carries or transports dangerous goods is required by law to meet certain detailed technical requirements.

Argent Equipment opened a new state of the art, CVRT test centre located within Renault Trucks Ireland Head Quarters in Ballycoolin, Dublin 15 in June 2020.
At Argent we have a place for drivers to take their break, as per the tachograph requirements of a 45 minute beak every 4 hours. Here you will find a relaxing space and access to the following:

What makes us different?
We offer while you wait CRVT testing or you can drop your vehicle and collect it after.
Early morning or Late evening CRVT testing is available on request to facilitate vehicles on route to Ferry ports etc.
Our Afterhours holding compound makes vehicle collection easy after your CRVT
We offer pre-test training to fleet operations work shop techs. This involves a two hour training session at our Test Centre. (T&C apply)
On request we offer a twelve month planner to keep their operator informed of due test dates per vehicle and periodic inspections.
An independent services is a 3 minute walk from the centre if a waiting driver wishes
